Privacy policy

BabyMoshi (babymoshi.nl) sells baby gadgets and accessories to customers in the EU. Company details such as our Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and VAT numbers will be published here at the latest at the official launch of the shop.

Ordering: name, email address, phone number, delivery address and your order details. Without this data we cannot deliver your order (performance of the contract).

Payments: payments run directly through our payment provider Stripe. We never see or receive your full card or account details.

Email: we only send transactional emails such as your order confirmation. You will not receive a newsletter without separate consent.

Website statistics: we use a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool (Umami) that stores no personal data and does not track visitors across websites.

We only use functional cookies: a shopping basket cookie and a temporary order status cookie. These are required for the shop to work and contain no personal data, only random tokens.

We do not set any marketing or tracking cookies. That is why no cookie banner is needed: there is nothing to decline.

Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (EU server) and the carrier delivering your parcel. Data processing agreements apply to all of them. We never sell data to third parties.

We keep order data for 7 years (statutory tax retention obligation). The shopping basket expires automatically after 30 days. Server logs are kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability (GDPR). Email privacy@babymoshi.nl and we will respond within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
