Returns

Not quite the right fit? It happens. You may withdraw from any purchase within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed.

How it works

  1. Register your return

    Email us within 14 days of receiving your order at privacy@babymoshi.nl with your order number and the product you are returning.

  2. Pack the product

    Complete and, where possible, in the original packaging. Inspecting it as you would in a shop is of course fine.

  3. Ship within 14 days

    After registering you have 14 days to send the parcel. The direct cost of the return shipment is yours. Keep the proof of postage.

  4. Refund within 14 days

    You receive the full purchase amount including standard shipping costs back, via the same payment method, as soon as we have received the product or you have shown proof of shipment.

Good to know

  • For hygiene reasons, sealed care products are excluded from withdrawal once the seal is broken.
  • You are only liable for a decrease in value caused by handling beyond what was needed to assess the product.
  • Refunds are always issued via the payment method you used.
