Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed with BabyMoshi (babymoshi.nl). Company details such as our Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and VAT numbers will be published here at the latest at the official launch of the shop.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment runs securely through Stripe with the payment methods offered. Your order is concluded once the payment is confirmed; you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Obvious errors in prices or product information are not binding; we will contact you as soon as possible in that case.

We deliver within the EU. Shipping costs and any free shipping threshold are always shown in your basket before checkout. If a product unexpectedly turns out to be unavailable after your order, we refund the full amount.

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, and you then have another 14 days to return the product. Register your return via privacy@babymoshi.nl.

We refund the full purchase amount including standard shipping costs within 14 days of your withdrawal, once we have received the product back or you have shown proof of shipment. The direct costs of the return shipment are yours. You are only liable for reduced value resulting from more use than needed to assess the product.

For hygiene reasons, sealed care products with a broken seal are excluded from withdrawal.

The statutory warranty applies to all products: you are entitled to a sound product. If something is not right, email us; we respond within 5 working days and will find a solution together (repair, replacement or refund).

If we cannot work it out together, as an EU consumer you can also turn to the European Commission's ODR platform.
